When you place an order, each item is made especially for you, meaning we have to incorporate a production timeline into your estimated delivery date. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! The shipping time will depend on your location, but a rough guide as follows:

Estimated shipping time 9-14 days

Our shipping costs are calculated at the checkout by our logistics provider, dependent on your product choice and location. We sometimes discount shipping fees under specific conditions, like a minimum order value, within particular countries. The discount is automatically applied at the checkout. As your item is made to order, we can’t accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. There are detailed, product specific size guides on each product page so please take care to check the measurements and select the correct size. If you believe your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us via our contact page, clearly stating the issue and your name and order number.
